Return Policy:
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within24 hoursfrom the date of delivery.Please ship the gift product you have a complaint about, back to us; we will remake any product that is found to be defective or lacking in quality in any way. That is our promise to you.
Pack the products and stick the return label on the box. We will email you return shipping address. Visit nearest India Post Ship the product toHm3design at the given address. (We will reimburse you upto Rs100 once the product is received).
Hm3design will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost. Hm3design will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production. Replacement is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear tear and negligence on part of the customer.
Items that cannot be Returned:
Personalized / Customized gifts.
Replacement and Exchanges:
Please shoot a video while opening the parcel. And Then If you receive any damaged product or have any issue with the product, Kindly WhatsApp us on 9998939778 within 24 hours of delivery and send us photo or video of product. We will send you the replacement. If Video is not made While Opening the parcel we will not be able to send the replacement. Note: We need entire video in one single clip.
Hm3design does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns customers have the following two options -
Get equivalent amount as Hm3design store credit to be used on any future purchase at Hm3design
In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Hm3design would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you.Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.
